Our shipping method is with FedEx Priority Overnight with a standard charge of $40.00 ($25 for In-State Florida Residents). Get Free Shipping on instate orders at $300 and out of state orders are $400 minimum to qualify for free shipping. All fish and coral frag orders are guaranteed against DOA for up to 2 hours after the time of receiving shipment. In the event of a DOA, a coupon code will be issued or a credit will be applied to the customers online wallet which can be applied for a future order. Shipping for the replacement coral is not credited and is additional. To qualify for credit, please email us photograph(s) of dead fish or frags in sealed bag within a 2 hour period after receipt of package. We are not responsible for shipments delayed as a result of weather delays, or lost packages.
